Sources

Each review draws on the store's own published pages (terms, refund and buyer-protection policy, fees, about, help centre), its public Trustpilot profile, and the domain registry for registration dates. Every fact in the fact sheet records the URL it was taken from, and those URLs are listed at the bottom of the page.

Unpublished facts

When a store does not publish a fact, we say "not published" and the scoring treats it as zero. We do not fill gaps with estimates, industry averages or what a support agent said in chat.

Quotes

Review quotes are verbatim from the store's Trustpilot profile, taken from the newest reviews at the time of checking, and always include negative ones when they exist. We do not collect reviews ourselves and do not solicit them.

Language

We do not call a store a scam, and we do not call one trusted. We describe what is published and what buyers report, and the score does the comparing.

Corrections

Send the URL of the page that contradicts us to hello@permanmail.com. We re-check, update the underlying data and let the score recompute. Corrections are not applied to the score directly.

Dates

Every page shows the date its facts were checked. Policies change; a fact is a snapshot, not a guarantee of the current terms.
