How it works in practice
The terms describe three layers. First, escrow: the seller's payout is frozen until the buyer confirms or the confirmation window expires, and a disputed order keeps the payout frozen until the dispute is resolved. Second, a refund right written into the terms — the account was not delivered, cannot be accessed with the credentials provided, or differs materially from the listing — with approved refunds returned through the original payment method.
