How it works in practice
The Gameflip Guarantee is described as an automatic buyer protection programme covering all purchases: the buyer receives the item as described or gets a full refund to the original payment method. The rules are numbered. Claims must be filed within three days of receiving the order and before auto-completion; clicking "I have an issue with the item I received" on the purchase page pauses the three-day timer; the buyer must answer support requests within 48 business hours or the claim may be closed. Exclusions include transactions the buyer completed despite a problem and items delivered by bot trade, which are matched to the listing automatically.
