How buying works

Eldorado is a third-party marketplace: independent sellers list accounts, items, currency, top-ups, boosting and gift cards, and the platform sits between buyer and seller. Prices are visible without an account, and the sitemap listed 184 account categories in September 2026, from Fortnite, Valorant and Roblox to Steam, Netflix and Discord accounts. After payment the seller delivers through the order chat, and the buyer has a three-day window to check the delivery and either mark the order received or raise a dispute; if the buyer does nothing, the order is marked received automatically.

For account orders the help centre is explicit about the handover: the buyer should follow the seller’s instructions, change the credentials, and raise a dispute in the order if anything does not match the listing. The order chat is the place every process starts, including refunds.

Buyer protection in practice

TradeShield is Eldorado’s escrow. The payment is held from checkout until the order is marked received and the warranty period for the product type has passed; only then is it released to the seller. Opening a dispute freezes the payment until the issue is resolved. Every account order carries a five-day warranty at no cost, and the warranty stays active for as long as a dispute is open, even if the dispute outlives the five days. On selected offers the buyer can pay for an extension to three or six months at checkout; a claim under the extended warranty is reviewed within three to five business days and, if approved, refunds the account price minus the warranty fee. The warranty does not cover bans caused by ignoring the seller’s instructions, and it is void if the account is resold.

The dispute route has published timings: contact the seller first and wait for the delivery time or up to twelve hours for a response; if that fails, raise a dispute from the order page, after which both sides have 24 hours to provide evidence, and the Resolution Team decides. The help centre says most disputes are fully resolved within three days. After the warranty ends there is no money-back guarantee, but support will still contact the seller on the buyer’s behalf.

Fees and payments

Both sides of the fee schedule are published. Sellers pay a 10% sales fee on completed orders in the accounts, items and boosting categories and 5% on currency, with some games carrying a different rate during promotions. Buyers pay a payment fee of 8% plus $0.30 whenever they pay by card, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency or another supported method; funds already in the Eldorado balance carry no fee, and mixed payments are charged only on the part paid externally. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and UnionPay; PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrencies and some country-specific methods are listed too. The terms also reserve a USD 5 monthly inactivity fee on a balance that has not been touched for a long period.

What buyers report

Eldorado’s Trustpilot profile is the largest in this comparison: 276,636 reviews at a 4.4 average on 13 September 2026, with 84.9% five-star and 10.8% one-star. The company replies to 99.8% of negative reviews, on average within 2.7 days, and Trustpilot flags the profile as using AI-assisted responses. The positive reviews are mostly about speed: “received item in like 40 seconds, probably the fastesr and easiest service out there. but not the cheapest” (Trustpilot, 5★, Sep 2026, US) and “They are responding fast and are extremly profesional.” (Trustpilot, 5★, Sep 2026, FR).

The negative ones cluster around two themes. Disputes and reclaimed accounts: “I got scammed and I couldn’t do a dispute and I’m waiting to hopefully to get a refund” (Trustpilot, 1★, Sep 2026, US) and “My account got hacked when I got the money im never buying from yall again all yall do is scam my whole Xbox account gone 10 years gone” (Trustpilot, 1★, Sep 2026, US). And support response times against the 24/7 promise: “I spent the last hour waiting for their “24/7” support to answer my withdrawal request but still no human being answered me.” (Trustpilot, 2★, Sep 2026, FR). The pattern is consistent with the published process: protection is real but bounded by a five-day window and by how quickly a dispute gets a human.

Who it is for

A buyer who wants the widest choice of games and product types in one place, with a process that is written down end to end, and who will test the account thoroughly inside the free five-day window or pay for the longer warranty where it is offered. Less suitable for anyone who expects a refund straight back to the card without a second request, or who wants a long free warranty after delivery.
