Verdict

A Singapore company launched in March 2020 whose protection rests on one page: ZeusX Guarantee, activated within 48 hours of delivery, with the payment released only when the buyer marks 'Good Delivery'. Fees exist on both sides but are only shown during the order, and the terms say ZeusX is under no obligation to resolve disputes even as the guarantee promises money back. With 22.8% one-star reviews on a 1,796-review profile, it suits a buyer who checks the item the same day and treats the 48-hour clock as the whole warranty.

What holds up

  • ZeusX Pte. Ltd., its registration number and its Singapore address are in the terms; the founder and launch date are on the About page.
  • Payment is released only when the buyer marks 'Good Delivery'; opening a dispute pauses the 2-day auto-completion timer.
  • The guarantee page is concrete: 48 hours to activate, contact the seller first, then a Help request starts the review.
  • The company answers 99% of negative Trustpilot reviews, usually within a day and a half.

What to weigh

  • A 48-hour window is the shortest guarantee in this ranking, and a completed transaction is final with no returns or refunds.
  • Both fees are 'as stipulated during the order' — no public rate; the seller page still shows a 2020 promotion.
  • The terms say ZeusX facilitates disputes in good faith 'but is under no obligation to resolve the same'.
  • 22.8% of 1,796 Trustpilot reviews are one-star; recent ones describe refunds promised but not paid and sellers who systematically misdescribe items.

★☆☆☆☆UPDATE: My main issue here isn't the money, but ZeusX's response and total lack of investigation. Even if a purchase was made longer ago, the core problem is that this seller ("Newba Store") systematically delivers accounts linked to their personal recovery em…Sep 2026 · CZ · company replied

"Not published" means we could not find the fact on zeusx.com on 2026-09-13. It costs points because a buyer cannot rely on a promise that is not written down.

Full review — how buying works, protection, fees, what buyers report

How buying works

ZeusX is a Singapore-based marketplace built around mobile and gacha games: the homepage linked account categories for Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, Zenless Zone Zero, Dragon Ball games, Pokémon GO, Brawl Stars, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends and Call of Duty Mobile alongside Fortnite, Valorant, League of Legends, Roblox and Rocket League. Prices are visible without an account. After payment the seller delivers through the transaction screen; a two-day auto-completion countdown then runs, and the buyer either marks “Good Delivery” or opens a dispute before it expires.

Buyer protection in practice

Everything rests on ZeusX Guarantee. The page is short and specific: purchases are protected “to ensure you get what you bought, or your money back”, the buyer must not click “Good Delivery” if something is wrong because that finalises the trade, and the guarantee has to be activated within 48 hours of the item being marked delivered. The buyer contacts the seller first, then opens a Help request from the site’s help button, which pauses the countdown while ZeusX reviews the case and, if needed, emails both parties. Seven days without a reply from the buyer can forfeit the claim. A chargeback after receiving the item or a refund is treated as fraud.

The terms sit in some tension with the guarantee page: they say ZeusX will “attempt in good faith to facilitate resolution of the dispute but is under no obligation to resolve the same” and release the company from claims arising out of user disputes. In practice the guarantee page is the promise a buyer can point to, and the 48-hour clock is its limit.

Fees and payments

The terms describe transaction fees on both sides — a payment processing fee for buyers, charged to the card or PayPal account once the order is accepted, and a commission for sellers deducted from the payout — but both are “as stipulated during your order process” rather than published as a rate. The seller page still advertises “0% fee for 2020, low 5–10% fees in future”. Cards, PayPal, crypto, iDEAL and SEPA appear on the site.

What buyers report

The Trustpilot profile held 1,796 reviews at a 3.7 average on 13 September 2026: 67% five-star and 22.8% one-star, with the company replying to 99% of negative reviews within about 1.5 days. A long-time user describes the model working as designed: “The seller doesn’t get your money until you verify you’ve gotten your item/service, and no seller has ever tried to treat me unfairly” (Trustpilot, 5★, Aug 2026, US); another was “so scared to be scammed, but nah u good … but NOT all traders, be careful w them” (Trustpilot, 5★, Aug 2026, GP). A four-star buyer notes the account arrived “unverified so the seller can’t hack back” (Trustpilot, 4★, Sep 2026, IT).

The complaints are about the platform’s follow-through: “there has been a so called ‘error’ in my order and said i will get my refund and i didnt so i emailed them but no response” (Trustpilot, 1★, Aug 2026, RS), and a detailed review whose point is that “ZeusX’s response and total lack of investigation” mattered more than the money (Trustpilot, 1★, Sep 2026, CZ). The pattern matches the terms: dispute handling is facilitated, not guaranteed.

Who it is for

A buyer in the gacha and mobile space who wants a named Singapore company, a clear “do not confirm until you have checked” rule and a fast reply to public complaints, and who will inspect the purchase within two days. Less suitable for a buyer who wants a warranty measured in weeks, fees printed before checkout, or a platform that commits in its terms to deciding disputes.

ZeusX FAQ
Is ZeusX legit?

ZeusX is operated by ZeusX Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company with a registration number and address in its terms, and says it launched in March 2020. Payments are released when the buyer confirms delivery, and a published guarantee promises the item or your money back if you claim within 48 hours. Its Trustpilot profile holds 1,796 reviews at a 3.7 average, with 22.8% one-star.

Does ZeusX give refunds?

Under ZeusX Guarantee, yes: if the item is not delivered or not as bought, and the buyer activates the guarantee within 48 hours of the item being marked delivered, before clicking 'Good Delivery'. Once a transaction is completed it is final. The guarantee page does not say which refund method is used.

How long is the ZeusX guarantee?

48 hours from the moment the item is marked as delivered. A 2-day auto-completion timer runs in parallel, and opening a dispute pauses it while ZeusX reviews the case. Claims can be rejected if the buyer does not respond to requests within 7 days.

What fees does ZeusX charge?

Buyers pay a payment processing fee and sellers a commission, both 'as stipulated during the order process' according to the terms; no rate is published on a public page. The seller page advertises a 0% fee for 2020 and 5–10% 'in future', which reads as out of date.
