How buying works

IGV, formerly IGVault, is a consumer-to-consumer marketplace for accounts, items, currency, top-ups and boosting; the homepage links account categories for Fortnite, Clash Royale, Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, Genshin Impact, Counter-Strike, Apex Legends, Pokémon GO, Steam, Overwatch, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Marvel Rivals, Minecraft, Rainbow Six Siege, Wuthering Waves and others. Prices are visible without an account. After payment the platform may ask the buyer for payment or identity verification before delivery — for account orders, not completing it within two days cancels the order with a refund. Delivery then happens inside the order, and the About page asks users to keep payment, delivery and communication on iGVault “for the best transaction protection”.

Buyer protection in practice

The published protection is narrower than the marketing around it. The refund policy lists non-receipt within the scheduled delivery time and duplicate payments as grounds for a refund, states that “customers are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchasing”, and then rules out refunds once products have been delivered as agreed and match the description. For a mismatch the terms are precise: “your sole remedy is to request a return within 24 hours of purchase.” There is no page describing a hold on the seller’s payout until the buyer confirms, so escrow is recorded here as not published rather than absent.

What the policy does describe is a KYC layer on both sides — seller verification, identity checks on buyers when the payment looks unusual — and a structured dispute process for non-delivery, handled through 24/7 customer service with the order number. Approved refunds are credited to the customer account or bank card, typically within one to three business days, with the exception that Paysafecard payments are refunded to a Skrill or WebMoney wallet.

Fees and payments

We found no fee schedule on a public page for either buyers or sellers. Payment methods described on the secure-payment page are credit and debit cards with 3D Secure, Skrill, Paysafecard, bank wire transfer with identity verification, a mobile-number payment method, and “many other secure payment options”; the homepage also references WebMoney and SEPA. Card payments are processed by the UK entity under UK law and Skrill payments by the Hong Kong entity under Hong Kong law.

What buyers report

The Trustpilot profile held 57,235 reviews at a 4.6 average on 13 September 2026: 80% five-star and 11.7% one-star, with the company replying to 98% of negative reviews, usually within hours. The recent positive reviews are almost all about support rather than the product: “very helpful customer service” (Trustpilot, 5★, Sep 2026, US), “Very helpful with disputes and people helping are very nice and respectful” (Trustpilot, 5★, Sep 2026, CA) and “Very fast & professional sellers, recommend.” (Trustpilot, 5★, Sep 2026, FR).

The negative side in the same window is about what happens when an account turns out to be bad: “I purchased an account on iGV that turned out to be completely fraudulent. For weeks, their customer support has been running me in circles, bouncing me between different agents” (Trustpilot, 1★, Sep 2026, FR). That is the shape of the risk the policy implies: fast support on routine questions, and a 24-hour mismatch window that a slow-moving problem can outlast.

Who it is for

A buyer who wants a long-established marketplace with live support at any hour and a refund that lands back on the card, and who will log in, check and secure an account the day it arrives. Less suitable for a buyer who wants a written escrow guarantee or a fee schedule before checkout, or who expects cover for problems that surface a week later.
